What personal data do we process about you and why?

As part of our activity, we may process personal data obtained from you, or from public sources, for the purpose of searching for and mediating employment and/or mediating business cooperation on a specific IT project. In order to provide our services, we may process your name and surname, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, account number, ID number and VAT number, data on work experience, completed courses and other professional information, information on time options, data on financial requirements, data on education/experience and records of communication within the scope of the services provided, all for the purpose of the best possible evaluation, adaptation and possibility of realization of your participation in projects or interviews with the Customer of Techband, s.r.o.. For these purposes, you can also based on the processed data, you are profiled as a certain type of developer, and we can share your profile with customers of Techband, s.r.o., who are looking for employees or suppliers for their IT project. In the case of your express consent, we can also process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about news within the framework of our activity. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the e-mail you receive. By refusing or revoking your consent to receive newsletters, you do not expose yourself to any negative consequences.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

In order to secure an IT project or employment, we share your profile with companies that are looking for new employees or suitable IT suppliers for projects with data that you have with Techband, s.r.o. shared.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will keep your data for a period of 5 years or for the duration of the purpose of their processing, i.e. for the duration of the contract and further for the period required by the relevant legal regulations (especially the Accounting Act, the VAT Act). Security of your personal data

The security of your personal data is our top priority. The basis is that all our employees, service providers and partners are bound by confidentiality and are regularly trained on the issue of information and personal data security. We strictly manage access rights, both at the level of physical and logical security. Within our company, we regularly perform security risk analysis, on the basis of which we propose and adopt the necessary corrective measures.

In order to ensure the flawless functioning of our website, we use cookies on our website. For the purposes of system administration, we may collect information about your computer, if necessary, including information about your IP address, operating system and type of Internet browser, provided that all this data is anonymized and is exclusively statistical data about how you use our website. the right to access your personal data in order to find out what personal data we process;

the right to delete personal data, where it is justified and possible;
the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in the cases envisaged by the Regulation;
the right to data portability where the legal basis for processing is the necessity to comply with a contractual relationship and the data is processed automatically,
the right to raise an objection in a situation where the legal reason for processing is our legitimate interest.
